Who Spends $300+ At Costco??

We do!!! What the frick?! We are just two people, how can all this cost $300? Are we going to eat/use it all? Who knows, what i do know is that in probably 4-5 months we will be drawn back in to the large sized items that can be found at COSTCO....

So we have a new addition to our Le Creuset family thanks to my mom. The gift was directed to Rob , but im sure she meant it for me too. Right mom? :) We (he) baked off some delicious potatoes au gratin. Yummy yum yum.

On Saturday we celebrated Buddys B-Day (it was on Feb. 24th). Here's all the fun...
The guys got wrapped up in a big game of Wii bowling and golf. They were attached to the TV all night long.

he got an Ipod and accessories, a shirt, booze and a drink mixer, but i think the top gift of the night was found by Kelly that day at the antique store.....a nut cracker.

TGIF...Not Really...

So the past couple of days rob and i have noticed that the carpet was wet right by the bathroom entrance. Yesterday i called up to the office and they sent a service man right over. He got into the access panel in the closet and discovered that there was a huge crack in the shower pipe and that the overflow "bucket" had...overflowed. They had to use a shop-vac to suck up all the water and it filled the house with what smelt like 20 stink bombs. NASTY! They then told me that i needed to clear out the closet and that a plumber would have to come by the next day (today) to make the repairs. I had to leave work around 9:30 and the plumbers showed up at about 11:00ish. They told me that they were going to have to use a jack hammer on the closet floor to get access to the pipe that was busted. Its now 3:30 and they are still working on it......hopefully we can take a shower and get semi back to normal. here are some shots i sneaked when they left the apartment for a bit.....
